Ios-xe renderer overwrites renderer-node list

Upon node connected ios-xe renderer is supposed to inspect capabilities and eventually add this node to list of supported nodes (renderer-node list).

But there is always max. one node contained in the list because NodeWriter does not read old content. It just writes brand new list with one node inside.
