    Description

      It's not possible to recognize public interface if it's IP address is not specified in control plane.

      e.g. when --fixed-ip is specified in Openstack's 'neutron router-gateway-set' command, then we can correlate this ip address with interfaces on nodes.
      However we need to support a case when --fixed-ip parameter is omitted.
