    Description

      When testing external gateway, using POSTMAN from packet trace:
      https://www.getpostman.com/collections/d021629b468f3fe36618

      I see the DHCP (10.1.1.2) and client (10.1.1.3) being removed and re-added to EndpointManager.

      Why is this happening?
