Description

When an OF port is deleted, openflowplugin is supposed to update the nodeConnector with PortReason "Delete" and then subsequently issue a nodeConnector delete, so that applications can distinguish between a node removal and a node connector removal.

However in some random cases, this functionality is not working and netvirt CSIT is failing for some of the openstack VM delete usecases.
