Genius CSIT - Add 3 switches

    Description

      Currently Genius CSIT runs with two switches(OVS).

      But with Open flow based tunnels in picture the tunnel counts will get reduced.

      Hence the needed checks for OFT can be done properly only if there are a minimum of three switches.

      Therefore enhancing genius csit to use 3 switches.
