Genius CSIT is being enhanced to 3 switches.

In Configure_ITM suite we have test cases for deleting VTEPs for various VLAN ids.

After doing a tep:delete on the controller we do a tep:show to ensure the transport zone is deleted.

But in this case the TZ still resides.

Failure is seen in both 1 node and 3 node.
