Description
BFD Monitoring test suite is failing as we enchance Genius CSIT to 3 switches.
Verify Config Ietf Interface Output is failing because
a get request on the API ,/restconf/config/ietf-interfaces:interfaces/,
doesnot contain odl-interface:monitor-interval: 5000.
