Named Logger for debugging

Here we will create a separate logger, which will log CRUD operations in specific folder i.e event.log which is different then the existing karaf.log.

This will be useful for debugging as this will be similar to metrics. 

For a working project, this logger will be easier to observe timing of specific event while debugging.
