      3 x ODL cluster
      Boron ODL
      Mitaka openstack

      2 computes in avail. zone
      net1 and net2 created
      VM1 spawned with single interface on net1
      VM2 spawned with single interface on net2
      Ping functional between them
      Spawn VM3 with int1 on net1 and int2 on net2
      int1 pingable and created in VM, int2 not created in VM
