Error when creating VLAN flood domain

Cannot create a VLAN type bridge domain on VPP nodes.

We were trying to create a flood-domain-2 on dut1 and dut2.

Expected outcome was a VLAN bridge-domain and sub-interfaces on GigabitEthernet0/a/0 interfaces.

Instead we received an error.

Fix unsetting split horizon group value

• value 0 is no longer valid
• honeycomb will send 0 to VPP if split horizon
  group is not set (null)
