Bump dropwizard.metrics from 4.0.2 to 5.0.0 (or at least 4.1.0) when available

    Description

      while bumping io.dropwizard.metrics : metrics-core & metrics-jvm from old 3.2.5 to latest current non-RC release 4.0.2, I noticed that 5.0.0 and 4.1.0 are about to be released also, see https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/releases, so we should bump to that when they are out without RC.
