Umbrella issue for required improvements to ready & diagstatus usages to make it truly useful

    Description

      Apparently all of the work that went into ready & diagstatus in infrautils is still not letting people really check when OpenDaylight is up. The reasons for this seem to be a number of loose ends, which this improvement umbrella issue will link to.
