Intro. new Wrapper to make sure Exceptions from Karaf CLI commands are certain to get logged

in INFRAUTILS-54, I've come across a case where an Exception from a Karaf CLI command did not get logged or appear on the console but silently disappeared, which was very confusing...

... in this issue, let's introduce a new wrapper for CLI command implementations which catches and logs.
