Karaf feature repo not being installed

Downloading the Karaf artifact

https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/integration/job/integration-master-project-centralized-integration/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/distributions/extra/karaf/target/distribution-karaf-0.2.0-SNAPSHOT.zip

starting up karaf with "bin/karaf"
I don't see any feature that should be there such as BGP, AAA, OVSDB, AL-SAL

opendaylight-user@root>feature:list | grep bgp
opendaylight-user@root>

Where if i build the controller locally all the feature are installed.

but they can be found in features-integration file that is installed in system/

repo-add mvn:org.opendaylight.bgpcep/features-bgp/0.3.1-SNAPSHOT/xml/features
