Fix requirements test in RelEng Jenkins failing because RPM mv'd to upload dir

    Description

      The dependency/requirements checks I added in INTPAK-107 and INTPAK-113 work in the sandbox but fail in RelEng Jenkins. I think the problem is related to the path we expect the just-built RPM to be at - it's moved from where we expect to the uploads dir in RelEng but not in the sandbox.
