Support building Fluorine Common Distro naming convention in RPM builds

The Fluorine Common Distribution (managed and self-managed projects) uses a different naming convention than either of the two we currently support (Karaf 3 and Karaf 4). Need to modify the RPM build logic to handle it. I thought I wrote some detailed info about this to a mailing list thread but I can't find it at the moment.
