Make clear that old ansible/puppet-odl repos have moved

    Description

      Once we are fully up-and-running with ODL-managed puppet-opendaylight and ansible-opendaylight repos, I should push changes to the old repos that make it very clear they have moved. At least a huge README notice, maybe also remove all other repo contents.
