Description

This relates to the following wiki page on test VMs for the integration group:

https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/CrossProject:Integration_Group:Test_VMs

The goal is to provide a lightweight VM using Vagrant, as a replacement of the 'big' virtualbox image file provided in the wiki.

The vagrantfile will replace the odl-test-desktop-4.ova file.

The purpose of the VM is to ease the task of developing/running integration/system test on the OpenDaylight controller.
