    Description

      should be a quick test case to add. In the notifications suite we can
      add a check before and after creating the subscription to do a GET on

      http://<controller ip>:<port>/restconf/streams

      A valid response should be seen both times. The bug is that it's a good response
      before you create the subscription, but after it's throwing an erorr.
