Netconf CRUD suite uses add-netconf-node RPC which has not been added to Nitrogen

    Description

      This RPC has been added to Carbon netconf fairly recently [0] and it has not been cherry-picked to Nitrogen (yet), so nitrogen tests fail [1].

      As CRUD is an older suite, it should be using older ways to configure device. Add a separate suite for this new RPC if needed.
