Medium Description
Go through all *.python files and change all occurrences of restconf URLs as follows:
/restconf/config -> /rests/data/...?content=config /restconf/operational -> /rests/data/...?content=nonconfig /restconf/operation -> /rests/operations
Create a separate commit for each testsuite, for example netconf, bgpcep, etc.
