Combination of Scale and Fail-over test is missing

We need Cluster Fail-over test with Scale (thousands of flows and groups) and RPC result assertions.

Use Fail-over using:

• isolate
• restart
• kill

We need that for OpenFlow plugin and clustering test application:

We need to ensure:

• wether replication works correctly (RCP result assertions and restconf operational assertions)
• wether cluster still works after failover
• wether cluster still works after rejoining all nodes
• that we have scale test for flows depending on groups (Openflow Plugin)
