"mni" and "mbs" does not work stable

    Description

      the latest iotdm (Sep14 version) 's mni and mbs have a high possibility that it does not clean contentInstance deeply.

      for example, if (current number of instances)cni = 5, then set mni to 1, now we should have cni = 1, however, sometimes we will get 2.
