app-id and ae-id should not be updated/changed

    Description

      App-ID api 1 WO
      AE-ID aei 1 RO

      all attributes those can be modified is marked as "RW".
      app-id and ae-id is "WO" and "RO", so they can not be modified.
      In my test, they can be modified via an <update>
