    Description

      1) Recreation steps -

      A) create ACP ,
      {
      "m2m:acp" : {
      "pv" : {
      "acr" : [

      { "acop" : 63, "acor" : [ "admin:admin", "origin:origin", "Cadmin-ae" ] }

      ]
      },
      "pvs" : {
      "acr" : [

      { "acop" : 63, "acor" : [ "admin:admin", "origin:origin", "Cadmin-ae" ] }

      ]
      },
      "rn" : "admin-acp"
      }
      }

      following is the response when AE is created -
      "m2m:acp" :

      { "ct" : "20170301T053723", "et" : "29991231T111111", "lt" : "20170301T053723", "pi" : "/InCSE/0-1-2-0", "ri" : "0-3-2-0", "ty" : 1 }

      }

      B) Create resource : AE with ACPI set to value of "resourceId"

      {
      "m2m:ae" :

      { "acpi" : [ "0-3-2-0" ], "api" : "myAppId", "rn" : "Cadmin-ae", "rr" : true }

      }

      C) Try deleting or retrieving the ae "Cadmin-ae" , seeing following error message -

      "error": "CONTENT(pc) ACPID : 0-3-2-0 does not exist !! "

      Note - operation works when we use the URI of the ACP resource for setting "acpi". We found this while doing compliance testing.

      We have not other way to delete/retrieve this AE now. and entire datastore need to be cleanup to recover the AE.
