Subscription create: Verification request is not sent when notificationUri != originator

    Description

      If the notificationUri is not set to originator of the subscription create request, the notification request with verififactionRequest parameter set to True should be sent to the notificationURI and next processing is done according to response. See:
      TS-0004: 7.4.8.2 <subscription> resource specific procedure on CRUD operations
