    Description

      TSDR plugin is now commented out in odl-onem2mall-iotdm because TSDR project is not migrated to Karaf4 on Carbon.
      Migrate the TSDR plugin to Karaf4 when TSDR project is migrated to Karaf4 (on both, Caraf and Nitrogen).
      Enable TSDR plugin in odl-onem2mall-iotdm so it will be part of onem2mall and iotdmcsitdist distributions.
