json/rpc emits wrong error number -3200 instead of -32000 for error while executing call

    Description

      If you invoke a call using JSON/RPC, it will correctly return an error object
      but that object has an error number of -3200. The spec says this should be
      -32000, so this is really a typo that needs correcting.
