Description

L2Switch Components need to wait for information to be written to the DB.

ArpHandler – ProactiveFloodFlowWriter cannot assume that the forwarding/discarding status has been written to the DB. (This is causing observations on internal node connectors) This must wait for LoopRemover to finish processing the node connectors.
