hosttracker is not cleaning topology nodes

When the network disconnects from controller. The host nodes created in operation topology tree remain as is. The links get deleted however the host nodes remain as is.

Probable solution: Listen to inventory data change event or notification for node(switch) deletions/removal. Based on those delete the hosts attached to that node.
