IMapCache#removeMapping() doesn't remove all associated subkeys

    Description

      The removeMapping() methods in the three map-cache classes only remove the mapping itself under SubKeys.RECORD, but should also remove at least the registration date (SubKeys.REGDATE) and the source RLOCs (where applicable).

      Is subscribers should be removed or not is debatable, but I would leave them there.
