Southbound registered mappins are not copied to mdsal datastore

    Description

      Southbound registered mappings are stored only in the DAO and therefore are not reflected in the mdsal datastore. This leads to an inconsistent northbound view of the mapping database, depending on the chosen query method (restconf vs rpc).
