Cannot delete Source/Dest (LCAF 12) mappings from DAO using either RPC or RESTCONF

    Description

      When storing LCAF 12 EIDs in DAO, RESTCONF stores the LcafKeyValueAddressAddr object directly, while RPC breaks it down into the two-tier DAO, resulting in inconsistency. Additionally, two-tier DAO mappings can't be deleted from anywhere (neither RESTCONF, nor RPC).
