DAO restoration from mdsal datastore results in NPE when the datastore is empty

    Description

      It seems that getAuthenticationKey and getMappings when called on an empty InstanceId node get null results instead of empty lists. This generates NPEs when trying to restore the dao from an empty mdsal config datastore.
