    Description

      When sending building SMRs, the Source-EID field in the Map-Request packet is set to the same EID as the Map-Request Record. This piece of code is even marked with an XXX comment in the source. The correct value should be the Source-EID from the original Map-Request that created the subscriber for the SMR notification.
