    Description

      The presence of this package in config-manager is a historic artefact. This package should reside in md-sal and should started up from odl-mdsal-binding-runtime feature.

      Migrate the code to mdsal project, ensuring ModuleInfoBackedContext and BindingContextProvider are both available when the feature is installed.
