Description
Plain ietf-inet-types and ietf-yang-types, i.e. the revisions defined in RFC6021 are not used anywhere in OpenDaylight, as all users have shifted to the RFC6991 revisions.
From this perspective it does not make sense to add to newcomer confusion by packaging unused things – remove the two artifacts, saving ~100KiB from our distribution.
