BindingReflections.getModelRootPackageName() fails when module has no revision

Integration of yangtools-2.0.0 into mdsal meant that Binding V1 had to disambiguate models which have no revision - for which .norev (instead of usual .revXXYYZZ) component is used.

Unfortunately BindingReflections was not updated to account for this change, leading to its not handling such classes at runtime - hence failing with IllegalArgumentException.
