mdsal-binding-dom-adapter should proxy DOM services automatically

We are currently hard-wiring mapping of DOM services to Binding ones, which requires additional wiring in mdsal-trace.

Rather than doing that, mdsal-binding-dom-adapter should have an OSGi-specific component, which listens for DOM services being published and automatically wrap them with codec and republish their binding equivalents with same properties.
