Generate binding interfaces for anyxml nodes

Now that we have OpaqueObjects, we can generate binding interfaces representing anyxml nodes. Add the necessary bits to binding-generator-impl and java-api-generator. Note that support for now needs to be restricted to read-only, as we do not have the machinery needed to support BA applications creating flexible OpaqueObjects and transporting them through the infrastructure.
