Classes generated by mdsal-binding-dom-codec rely on features generated by a particular binding spec revision. The component needs to check at runtime whether it is linked with  a matching yang-binding.

Furthermore, it needs to cross-reference codegen version to ensure the constructs in codegen domain are present.
