~~MDSAL-700~~ introduces a more powerful subscription model, which is preferred as of ~~MDSAL-496~~.

Remove generated NotificationListener interfaces, which has the benefit of reducing codegen coupling on a specific invocation pattern – which is best defined in mdsal-binding-api anyway.
