Medium Description
A number of downstream ODL projects are dealing with 24 bit unsigned integers, each defining their own type and also netty integration.
Define an odl-uint24.yang model to hold a definition of such a type, based off of uint32 and provide netty ByteBuf utilities for reading and writing such types.
