Propagate notification status to generated Listener methods

    Description

      When we are generating Listener interface for notifications, we do not take into consideration whether or not a particular notification is deprecated and/or obsolete.

      For deprecated notifications we should be marking the method as @deprecated.

      For obsolete notifications should mark the method as @deprecated and additionally make it a default no-op (so that users are not forced to implement it).
