Eliminate use of SchemaPath from DOM action/RPC/notification interfaces

    Description

      The notion that ActionSchemaNode/RpcDefinition/NotificationDefinition have getPath() is going away. All components will be required to perform appropriate lookups and retain resolution path of how they arrived at a particular node.

      The addressing here should follow SchemaNodeIdentifier.Absolute, as that is precise identification of these nodes.
