QueryResult should include InstanceIdentifier

    Description

      QueryResult loses identity of the returned objects, which is troublesome for nested results. It needs to be updated to return not directly DataObjects. We could use Entry<>, but then we might want to tack additional data on top of this... so let's go with an explicit interface.
