Add DOMQuery equivalent of DOMDataTreeChangeListener

Since we have read-side of the house cleaned up, we should provide the same capability for DOMDataTreeChangeListener.

There is a slight twist: we want to provide a stream of DOMQueryResults, as the data changes. The implementation is explicitly allowed to compress unless instructed otherwise.
