Remove compatibility boolean getters

As part of fixing MDSAL-426 we changed mapping of boolean getters – rather than 'isFoo()' their canonical name is'getFoo()', just as everything else. In order to make a smooth transition, we have retained the old methods.

Since the migration is trivial and most downstreams have adapted, remove the legacy 'isFoo()' methods.
