    Description

      Current APIs are not expressive enough for application to describe what sort of changes they really want to receive notifications for.

      Since our data store is essentially an XML document, XQuery is the logical choice for the expression language. In order to implement this, though, we need not only an API, but also a default NormalizedNode-based implementation.
