PingPongTransactionChain's cancel() always closes underlying chain

Discovered while MDSAL-698, we always terminate the underlying transaction chain when the frontent transaction is canceled. This is caused by an incorrect check during recording of frontend transaction – which leads to us treating even immediate cancel succeeds.
